What if something unexpected happens and I can't make it to the photoshoot?
If you are unable to attend your scheduled photoshoot due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. We will work together to find the nearest suitable alternative date.
How does communication take place before the photoshoot?
Before the photoshoot, we will communicate either in writing (via WhatsApp or messages) or by phone. If you are located in the south of Tenerife, we can also arrange a brief meeting to discuss your vision for the photoshoot and all the details, such as the location, style, and any specific requests you may have.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the photos?
Your satisfaction is my priority. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the photos, they will not be delivered, and you will receive a full refund.
How long will it take to receive the photos?
You will typically receive your photos within 72 hours of the photoshoot.
Where do you conduct photoshoots?
Photoshoots take place here in the south of Tenerife. Depending on your preference, we can shoot on the beach or in a natural setting, as agreed upon during our consultation.
What should I wear for the photoshoot?
The choice of clothing is ultimately yours, but I will send you recommendations tailored to the specific type of photoshoot you have booked.
